Koi Krate is a product collection with pond care maintenance visits that changes seasonally to match the needs of your pond throughout the year. It will contain products as required such as beneficial bacteria, autodosing treatment bag, fish food, and any seasonal change products as needed. It includes all on-site maintenance services based upon your plan level (Standard or All Inclusive) along with free delivery.

Koi Krate Standard Plan
Our Standard Plan is our most popular service to help with convenient delivery & checkups monthly and as necessary to keep your pond clear. The service tech will delivery treatment products and perform an array of services including:
- Monthly Visit
- Includes all treatments & products as needed with FREE delivery*
- Clear sediment
- Remove debris
- Trim plants
- Clean bio-filters
- Full feature inspection
- Basic netting service in Fall season as needed ($100 value)
The service technician will also add treatments as necessary to the pond during the visit which are included in the subscription price. Treatments are administered based on amount of gallons in the pond.
*Products included: Autodosing Maintain, Algaecide, Pond Clear Gummies, Sludge Remover, Barley Straw Extract. No extra filters or Ion probe included.

Our All Inclusive Plan is our most elite service to help with convenient delivery & checkups monthly and as necessary to keep your pond clear. The service tech will delivery treatment products and perform an array of services including:

- Clear sediment

- Inclusive Plan ONLY: Priority Scheduling – As a Gold plan member, you will receive priority support and attention when you need it for emergency situations with 24 hr response time.
