Pond Help & Repair
Having some trouble with your pond like a leak or pump not working? We can help with that and anything else with your water feature! Our master-certified service technicians are trained to tackle any equipment or construction failure. While ecosystem ponds are generally low-maintenance, equipment failures can happen.
Getting help from Pond Country is easy. Just contact us by completing an online request, giving us a call at 1-888-978-3764, email or visiting one of our stores. Our service manager will discuss the details of your problem and arrange for a tech to visit your home to fix your issue.
Rates are $155 for a 45 minute onsite service call within a 30 mile radius of any of our retail store locations. All attempts will be made to solve your issue within that 45 minute visit and this is typically the case. If the issue is more complicated or will take more time, our service manager will discuss further pricing details and recommendations with you.
New customers may be required to get a $125 PondFacts consultation which includes basic service / repair work during the visit. PondFacts is Pond Country’s exclusive fully comprehensive diagnostic & information report about your pond. A PondFacts report will give you the knowledge of everything about your pond in a convenient-to-read PDF format upon completion.
